A completely new Calendar view for the Hours of Rest

One of the last key features we introduced this year, but also one of the more impactful.

The old list is now replaced by a more easy-to-read calendar with a legend that will make it faster to insert one or more shifts and will give you a clear overview of any non-conformities

Inline Actions

On tasks and forms, you will now find the most frequent actions conveniently on the line! Specifically the button to close a task and the button to fill in a form. We are working on expanding this change to other modules as well, so stay tuned!

Mobile App New Finance features

In the Expense section you will now see the Total of your expenses also diveded by Currency, plus you can now filter by active Budgets, that will change the total accordingly.

This can be especially helpful to have a better overview of the ongoing charter directly from your phone.

Conditional Formatting

We know that reading and navigating through multiple data can be time consuming, especially in order to understand which data needs immediate attention. That is why we have added new conditional formatting in many places to help you when browsing and reading from tables.

New Modules layout 

In our May update we introduced a reworked, clearer layout. Allowing to Expand or Collapse the various section depending on what you want to see.

The system will also save your menu layout for future visits!

Improved Drag&Drop feature

Drag&Drop is a feature that proved to be very handy.

This is why we decided to focus on improving it further, making it possible to now upload far more documents at once, removing the limit in file size and quantity.

Mobile App new Open Forms feature

When we released our August update, we added the possibility to consult Forms already filled out from both Web and Mobile App but yet to be approved/closed. 

This to allow the possibility to start a form but finish it in a second moment, such as PTW.

Form Revision

If you need to keep tracks of all the amendments that are made in the Forms Templates, you now can!

With this update we made it possible to revise Forms so that Managers or Officers can modify them to suit the needs while keeping all past records at hand.

Update measures when closing a related Maintenance Task

Whenever a task is closed as a result of reaching running hours, it will be possible to directly add the hour counter or measurement value from the task close action interface!
