This is the core module of the platform, dedicated to the fundamental yacht information and data reporting. From here you can get easy access to documents and drawings, set-up categorization, get reports or dashboards, manage your finances, keep track of your schedule and much more.
The interactive interface will guide you through the detailed sub-sections and you’ll always have the status of the yacht under control.
The Crew and Guests module deals with everything related to crew management. With the following sub-modules: Crew, Rotation, Hours of Work/Rest, Boarding Schedule, and Certificates, it provides the captain and crew with all the tools to manage their documents and activities easily and efficiently.
Crew members will also have the possibility to use this module through the companion App, so they can update their work and rest hour information in real time”
The PMS (Planned Maintenance System) section will help you to have an organized and precise plan for yacht maintenance. It automatically manages the scheduling of recurring tasks and allows you to assign well documented tasks. Helping you with dedicated and customizable dashboards you will have all the maintenance information clear and attainable.
With a dedicated function, you can run updates and communications with external users, and forget about tons of paperwork and emails.
This section is entirely dedicated to the provisioning of your yacht. It offers advanced functionality to compare costs, whether for daily orders or important bunkering requests.
The provisioning process is easy to manage for users but at the same time can be adapted to different management policies. The software includes dashboards and reports to collect provisioning history and make it useful for decisions.
The amounts spent are automatically categorized and traceable to budgets, so you will always have an updated accounting situation of your yacht.
ISM (International Safety Management) allows you to have always the safety of the people on board under control. Easily keep track of drills, people on board and safety certificates. With this module, the complexity of managing safety on board will no longer be a problem.
The ISM module saves you from incurring sanctions or non-compliance by having controlled and systematic planning. The data interconnection allows you to receive reminders directly on your profile.
With IN-YACHT, you can give access to an unlimited number of users. For us, this is fundamental to improve communication and coordination between the parties.
But each component of the crew has specific tasks and responsibilities: that’s why the ADMINISTRATION section will help you manage the different roles that users may have.
